Duel of the Dual - Shino...

Shino regains control and sees the beam coming directly at him. He holds up his swords infront of his chest. The beam hits the swords and begins to reflect smaller beams in different directions. One of them connects with Shino's leg, another actually flies back at Demonic. The rest of the beam's "children" fly off in different directions harmlessly hitting different areas of the arena.

-Demonic allows the beam to hit him, because it won't do anything... The one that hits Shino's leg suddenly turns a deep shade of blue, then red again, and flies into Demonic. He grins, eyes suddenly glowing the same shade as blood. His body convulses violently, then is still.-

"Thank you, Bloodreign..."

-Demonic turns to Shino... then suddenly...-

"ECLYPSE FLAME!"

Surprised Shino watches as his own attack comes at him.

Shino holds up Nero and the flame is absorbed by the sword. The technique was the same, but much weaker then his own. The splitting of the beam must have made it lose some of its power.

Shino's swords glows red from the attack.

"Impressive, but my own attacks don't have any affect on me."

Shino points Nero, partially charged with the Flame he absorbed and still shooting electricity around, at Demonic.

"Lightning Mirage"

Lightning shoots out with a curious red glow. It strikes the ground at Demonic's feet. The Fire Energy charged Lightning hits the ground and interacts with the Earth, causing an explosion.

-Demonic is propelled upwards by the blast. He hits the ground on the other side of Shino, then makes it to his feet again.-

"Gallant Healing Wind!"

-Demonic's cuts and scrapes seal together most of the way. He then launches into yet another flurry of blows at Shino.-

"So you have more then just the one. Interesting."

Being his own move, the Healing Wind recovers Shino's energy as well.

Shino sees Demonic's rush coming and begins to parry his slashes.

"So what other tricks to you have that you're hiding."

Shino parries and begins to launch an attack of his own. Slashing with amazing speed and strength. Demonic continues to defend. They clash and pause, swords together. Shino pushes Demonic back off balance and does a "Dual sword slash" Aiming for his left hand.

-Demonic sees an opportunity and, with speed he hadn't yet exhibited, juts his swords in between Shino's, then parts them quickly. Shino's arms fly askew and Demonic's foot comes up to collide with his nose.-

Demonic's foot connects freely with Shino's nose. Luckily, his nose is protected by his helmet. So the force from Demonic's kick just pushes him backward a little bit.

Since Demonic's arms are still spread out, Shino takes this as an advantage and head butt Demonic in the face... with his helmet. (OOC: ouch that would hurt)

Shino backs off... "Hey look, you have the same emblem on your face as I have on my helmet. Hmm... I wonder why."

Shino chuckles a little and dashes forward again and performs a thrust-slash. Thrust with Nero toward the chest and slash at the legs with Bianco.

-Demonic jumps upward, knocking away the thrusting sword as the low-going sword passes under him. Demonic's legs bunch up close to his chest, then propel themselves forward into Shino's chest, knocking him over.-

OOC: sorry busy weekend.

Shino flips backward landing on his feet and immediatly stabbing his swords into the ground.

A huge mountain of earth raises below Demonic. Shino jumps in the air after it and thrust both of his swords again down but this time right at Demonic.

-Demonic attempts to dodge but he isn't QUITE fast enough. The swords are driven into his shoulders. Demonic yells in a mixture of rage and pain. He attempts to shove Shino away and send his swords flying after him.-
