You are absolutely right Shino, the Broncos did play an excellent game on Sunday, doubtless I would say that they played their "A" game. The Chiefs didn't. The Chiefs won. The math is easy on this one, the Chiefs are superior. But to say that they got "lucky" on special teams is a complete lack of respect for the ONLY respectable candidate for MVP (at this time) Dante Hall. What he did is NOT a fluke, it's not LUCK. Going back to last season, he has run back punts or kickoffs for TD's in 7 of 10 games, that my friend is called consistency. But...I WILL tell you what luck IS. LUCK is the Broncos committing 5 fumbles and recovering all but 1 of them. The Chiefs were lucky I guess in the fact that Mike Shannahan is an arrogant @$$%*!#, they should have directional punted, they should have never given Dante the chance to return it. I'm not the only one that feels this way, check out this link, for a column that was in the Denver Post...........Denver Post |

The lucky comment is that Elam missed a field goal which he hardly does and the officials missed a clipping call that would have brough the play back.
Dante Hall is awesome. But those two factors cost Denver the game.
Elam missed... lucky for KC, if he doesn't Denver wins.
Officials missed the clipping call on Dante's run back... if they don't miss it, the play is called back and Denver probably wins.
Both happening during special teams... hence the reason I said lucky on special teams. I would never deny the fact that Hall is awesome. I know it... I have seen the plays.
KC and Denver are the 2 best teams in the NFL in my opinion right now. And as I said, if they win in Denver, then you can have your bragging rights... at least until they meet in the playoffs.
I have a feeling that they will be in the AFC championship. Who wins the division, now that's another story.
PS, you are right... Denver was very lucky they fumbled 5 times and only lost 1 of them. |

Ok, I didn't mean to come off as rude or anything, but the same thing can be said about Priests fumble, it had been close to 500 touches since his last fumble........and I believe that his fumble did lead to a score. |
